1. Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is RexMed Health (“RexMed”), located at C. Fresnel 8375, Parque Industrial Antonio J. Bermúdez, 32470 Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Our U.S. office (Headquarters & Logistics Hub) is located at 303 N. Oregon Ste 230, El Paso, TX 79901, USA.

2. Personal data we collect

Data you give us through the contact forms on this site:

• First and last name.
• Email address and phone number.
• Company and country.
• How you found us.
• Your message and any files you attach.

Data collected automatically when you browse: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of your visit, the site you came from, cookie identifiers and an approximate location based on your IP address (see section 5).

We do not ask for sensitive personal data. Please do not include patient information, medical records, health data or other sensitive data in your messages or attachments. If a project requires exchanging that kind of information, we will do so through a secure channel and under the applicable confidentiality and quality agreements.

3. How we use your data

Purposes necessary to handle your request and our relationship with you:

• Answer requests for information, quotes and technical or regulatory questions.
• Evaluate medical device design, development, transfer or manufacturing projects and follow up on the business relationship.
• Manage our relationship with customers, distributors and suppliers.
• Comply with legal obligations and requests from authorities.
• Keep the site secure and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.

Additional purposes that help us improve:

• Send you information about our services, news, events and technical content.
• Produce statistics about how the site is used and measure the results of our campaigns.

If you do not want us to use your data for these additional purposes, let us know at any time through our contact form. Saying no will not affect how we handle your request.

4. Who we share your data with

• RexMed companies in Mexico and the United States, to handle your request and follow up on your project.
• Service providers working on our behalf: website hosting and maintenance, email and the Google services described in section 5. They may only use your data to provide those services to us.
• Competent authorities, when required by law.

Some of these providers are located in the United States or other countries, so your data may be transferred outside Mexico. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses cookies and third-party tools to work, stay secure and measure how it is used:

• Google Tag Manager: manages the site’s measurement tools.
• Google Analytics: visit statistics such as pages viewed, time on site, device type, approximate location and form submissions.
• Google Ads (conversion linker): tells us whether a visit came from one of our ads.
• Google reCAPTCHA: protects forms against spam and abuse by analyzing device and interaction data.
• Google Maps: shows a map of our locations; when it loads, Google receives your IP address.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). 6. Retention and security

We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above and for the periods required by law. Messages that do not lead to a business relationship are deleted once they are no longer needed to handle your request. We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction and unauthorized use, access or processing.

7. Your rights

You may access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, ask us to delete it and object to its use for specific purposes. You may also withdraw your consent and limit how we use or disclose your data.

Send your request through our contact form, stating that it is a privacy rights request, and include:

• Your name and an email address where we can reply.
• A copy of your ID or, if you act on behalf of someone else, proof of your authority to do so.
• A clear description of the data and the right you want to exercise.
• Any document that helps us locate your data.

We will reply within 20 business days and, if your request is granted, carry it out within the following 15 business days. If you believe your rights were not respected, you may contact the personal data protection authority in Mexico.

8. U.S. residents

Depending on your state of residence —for example, Texas— you may have the right to confirm whether we process your data, access it, correct it, delete it, obtain a portable copy and opt out of its sale, targeted advertising or profiling. To exercise these rights, reach us through our contact form or by phone. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our message with the subject “Appeal”; we will respond within the time required by law. We do not sell your personal data.

9. Children

This site is intended for businesses and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

10. Links to other sites

This site links to third-party sites, such as our social media profiles. Those sites have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. Any change will be posted on this page, with the date of the last update at the top.
